My family and I have enjoyed staying at this tiny home for years and it’s always a treat. We look forward to it every year and are always impressed. The location is truly idyllic and offers excellent views as well as peace and quiet. The home is always clean and the craftsmanship really stands out. As far as amenities, they’ve thought of everything and the quality is perfect. It gets really dark at night, which is great for sky watching, but I also appreciate that there are plenty of bright lights throughout the property. It’s simply a great place to get away for a while.

The hosts were responsive when the key code did not work the first time. The cabin is well equipped with everything we needed. The cabin is on a rural road, I was happy to have an all wheel drive vehicle to get there.

Enough privacy that even though we had neighbors the first night we didn't hear them or see them due to how the cabins are set up! Definitely worth the price and if we take a trip back to Malone we will 100% keep this place in mind!

The place is secluded and has a really nice view. We definitely plan to return in the future for a peaceful little escape.

A good night’s sleep is guaranteed. And regardless of the weather, there’s plenty of things to do (or not do). I also appreciate all the improvements that are made and I can tell all the feedback is considered. I can’t recommend this place enough; it’s got everything and more!

It was peaceful to sit there and just take in the view. The tiny home was well-equipped, clean, and cozy. It was everything we were looking for during our stay. It was a mere 5min from Titus Mountain where our family spent the days skiing. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to ski in the area, or even if you would just like a cozy relaxing spot to unwind and take in the views.

RumaysaAirbnbThe cabin was incredible. The hot tub was very well kept and clean. You can ride your ATV from the cabin to the trails which was a big deal. We utilized the fire pit, cooked home meals, and did a lot of riding to a hiking trail with a waterfall and to a lake. We definitely will return!

EvanAirbnbMy family and I have been visiting this cabin for years now and I really can’t talk enough about how wonderful it is! A truly great spot in a great location. Plenty of peace and quiet, green spaces, well-lit environment, cozy interior and modern amenities! Christopher and his team are easy to talk to and very helpful addressing issues/concerns. Also, there’s a casino not that far away — so really, what’s not to like? <br/>The cabin/area is already a thing of beauty but at night, it becomes a work of art. I know the lights in the back are for practical reasons, but I can’t get over how dramatic it makes the woods look. The view from the living room is amazing — the views here are nice here any time of day. Don’t forget to look at the stars!

They host should also make sure Door batteries and such are in working order before guest arrive. Otherwise a great vacation cabin.

Remote location, modern amenities, beautiful and peaceful surroundings — what more could you ask for? The site is very well-lit at night (I recommend sitting in the living room after dark and looking out the windows; it’s so special). The cabin has a lovely wood smell and it just feels so cozy. I get the best sleep I’ll get all year when I stay here. Also, the hosts communicate well and are very responsive. Overall, it’s a truly wonderful experience and I can’t say enough good things about it.

My boyfriend and I got our car stuck in the snow near by the cabin and Luis came right over and helped get us out. Secluded, quiet (although no attic, so you will hear every raindrop that falls on the roof!), this tiny house is cozy, well-built and comfortable. We like to get away and usually cook most of our own meals, easily done in the well-stocked kitchen. Big enough for two, would get pretty crowded with more, though. (Note that there are TWO units on the property. If both are used you will not be alone on the property, in case that is important to you. Most of the external pictures in the listing at the time of this writing show only one unit.)

The home is modern, neat and well-crafted (it keeps very warm and the wood smells amazing) and has just enough of what you need to have a comfortable stay. <br/>My family recently enjoyed our second stay here in less than a year and as much as we loved it the first time, we loved it even more this time around. The welcome gift of Prosecco was greatly appreciated! There were some changes and upgrades made (mainly the Wi-Fi/expanded media options), but they only made the experience more perfect. If we’re able to stay again, we have discussed adding more days to our visit. <br/>For all the amenities offered, my favorite (along with the hot tub, of course) remains the lighting that comes on at night that shines into the woods. It’s very mesmerizing. It might have a practical reason, but seeing that view (with all the indoor lights off) will never get old.
IlissaAirbnbThis tiny home is nestled in the woods, far enough away from town but also close enough to whatever you might need. The home is clean, comfortable and cozy. The observation deck was also super cool. My favorite thing to do was to sit in the hot tub with the exterior lights off and star gaze. We live right outside of the city and I have never seen the center of the milky way in the sky before and was able to see it for the first time. The house has everything you could need. The fire pit was a nice benefit too, we roasted marshmallows and the pit is a great size that we all had plenty of space for roasting. The king bed is super comfortable too, and the shelves and lights on either side of the bed are a great addition! 10/10 would recommend!

The location is so quiet and serene--and the hot tub was well maintained, clean, and perfect to kick back and relax. We had brought what we needed for food for the weekend, and the cabin was equipped for everything we needed to cook our meals. If you wanted to check out local restaurants and stores it was noted in the house book. It was one of the first times we took a weekend to do nothing but relax, and it won't be the last. Being in the quiet surrounded by nature was good for the body and mind. We are already talking about when we can return!

We had issues with the hot tub a couple of days but Luis was extremely communicative and helpful and the issue was resolved after a tech came out (on Christmas Eve!) <br/>The place is small but very comfortable, the bed is is one of the best I’ve ever slept in, and it was magical to watch the snow fall from the large windows in the living area. The cabin next door is only a few feet away but felt very private since nobody was in it while we were there. <br/>Bottom line—I’d do it again!

AmyAirbnbBefore our visit, I was most looking forward to the fire pit and the hot tub. Both are great — but the real star is the natural beauty of the North Country. This is a perfect spot to experience changing leaves and gorgeous sunsets.<br/>The house looks just like the photos and is very modern and well-insulated. The living room windows offer great views any time of the day. It was a wonderful surprise at dusk/nighttime to see that the trees have lights below that illuminate them and give a surreal, beautiful quality that I can’t stop thinking about.<br/>The grounds are well-kept. We went for a walk every day and it was great being in nature. There’s a pond with a deck nearby. We met a few of the neighbors (and their dogs) and people are really friendly. <br/>Overall, it’s a charming house with a great location (10 minutes from stores, restaurants, etc.) that’s probably great any time of year, but if you go in the autumn, you will “fall” in love!

NicoleAirbnbIt’s a hidden gem! Incredible scenery all around the cabin. My husband and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary there. The hot-tub experience was amazing...less light pollution ...so you get a beautiful night sky view. Although it snowed so much, way to the cabin was clean enough to easily access. We had a professional photoshoot outside the cabin...it looked stunning...simply right out a fairytale. You get everything you possibly need in this cabin...plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen stuffs...everything I can think of. Views from the cabin windows are also spectacular. Very comfy bed. The locality is also very pretty...we stopped so many times on the road just to take in the beautiful views.

Me and my girlfriend loved everything, from the quaint exterior of a cute cabin, to the comfort of a small home with newer appliances, and to the hot tub which put the finishing touches on a great experience. Definitely book more than the weekend if you can because you'll be wishing you stayed longer. The view from outside was outstanding and there was a little hiking trail that led to an interesting swamp/pond that was good for a little photo op! They had everything we needed and more so I definitely recommend coming here.
JamesAirbnbThis home is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in!!! Starting with the property: the home is beautifully lined with trees making for perfect privacy. There’s a trail off the property that even the newest hikers can do. It leads to a sitting area overlooking a pond. Both day and night views, from any spot on the property, are OUTSTANDING! I mean the stars looked like a planetarium! Then there’s the home: it does not feel tiny at all! So much attention to detail (structurally/design/hospitality) beautiful wood work all the way through, completely clean and holy storage! Bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and deck with hot tub and fire pit area, I would give 5 stars too! Not to mention the property manager was so easy to work with, was so kind, left champagne (it was my birthday) for us, and had calming music playing for our arrival! Start to finish, A TOTAL YES!

We asked where to rent kayaks while we were up there and he had them rented and delivered for us at the cabin. The property is breathtaking and has privacy and is secluded. The cabin was immaculate and there were quad trails you can access from the property. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we are already planning our next mountain getaway.

AmandaAirbnbWe spent eight weeks here this Summer with our two teenage children and loved every minute of it. The house is modern and clean on a lovely property with perfect hosts. Staying here feels like living on a private nature preserve with abundant biodiversity and a variety of habitats. We saw 50 different species of birds on the property (including 10 different kinds of Warbler), paddled kayaks on the beaver pond, picked many quarts of wild berries, enjoyed walks through untrampled gardens of moss and lichens, lounged in hammocks serenaded by wrens and thrushes, went running on quiet country roads, and soaked up the milky way on dark nights in the hot tub. The house is remote enough to be perfectly quiet, but close enough to town for convenient grocery and supply trips. <br/>The house internet was good enough for us to conduct video Zoom calls, and our Verizon cellular service worked all over the property. The metal roof and thick insulation made cell service a little better on the porch than indoors, but this wasn’t a significant issue for us and the porch is a lovely place to hang out! The bugs were super mild and we could eat on the porch comfortably. The beds are cozy, and the water tastes great. There is cable TV and lounge chairs, which our kids particularly enjoyed. The yard is big enough for games like frisbee and badminton. We had lots of fires in the pit and it was super easy to gather abundant wood near the house. We enjoyed hiking the nearby Owl’s Head trail, making day trips into Adirondack Park, and shopping for produce and crafts from local farm stands. <br/>The local managers, Luis and Ashley, are the best. They are friendly, responsive, and totally respectful of your privacy and space. We have stayed in over 100 vacation rentals and this is one of our absolute favorites!

Fully new and modern, small but well appointed and considered, it was a perfect getaway for a couple, and would accommodate a small family well. And the surrounding area in the NE Adirondacks has endless nearby places for hiking and relaxing in nature. Since the listing posted, there have been new amenities added, including a fire pit, a great scenic deck with a grill, and a hot tub. All of this was icing in the cake, as the cabin sits on a great scenic property that they're only improving upon as time goes on. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This place deserves to be promoted 110%! <br/>We were their very first guests and we couldn't be more honored to have experienced this brand new tiny cabin! Everything about this stay was done above and beyond. The entire team not only communicated very well & promptly but they also shared several local recommendations on what to do, where to go, and what to eat. Luis and his team were extremely helpful hosts & Luis is a local firefighter which made us feel very safe! The cabin itself was to die for!!! And extremely comfy! Everything about the cabin was fresh, clean, and properly stocked with the bare essentials. Not to mention the location is perfect! The seclusion / privacy and views were breathtaking & exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. The cabin is less then 10 minutes away from Titus Mountain Family Ski Center, where we enjoyed a full day of snowboarding. <br/>Thank you again Luis, Christopher, and Ashley! The Modern Tiny Home was ours second stay in the Cabins near Titus mountain. Both cabins on this property are great, private, updated, comfortable and close to the mountain if you are skiing. The host was especially accommodating both times we stayed. The private hot tub is key, dog friendliness for our dog Clover is crucial and the bed is comfortable. I do like the covered screened in porch as well. We won’t hesitate to return to this location for a third time if we plan another ski trip next year. Thanks for another awesome stay.

Christopher and the other hosts are very responsive and helpful to make your trip a success. Our only piece of advice for fellow travelers would be to be aware that the cookware is limited in the cabin - it is very basic. We brought an extra baking sheet and mixing bowls this year. Otherwise, we love staying here and will be back again!

It’s also in a great location, just about an hour from Whiteface Mountain, which made for an easy and scenic day trip. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of adventure, this cabin is a perfect choice. We’d absolutely stay again!

We also loved having the screened in porch, fire pit & hot tub ( which I spent a lot of time in ). We brought our puppy, for a fee & he loved it also! We ran into a small issue, there was a worldwide outage for the wifi & with limited service it was a little stressful BUT, Luis and Ashley were ON IT. They stayed in communication with us on the issue & Luis even showed up at 9:30-10pm to fix it unfortunately it still wasn’t working and he was back the next day and had it up & running! It may not be the experience you want but the effort and care they put into our stay was unmatched by any host I’ve encountered. This is perfect for a quiet weekend stay for a small family or couple packed with everything you would need & with very clear directions for everything which was super helpful! Thank you again!

It was a winter wonderland. Lots of stars at night form the hot tub. Absolutely perfect.<br/>Because the pictures do not show this: there is another cabin close by and although it is situated so that their deck and hot tub are not visible, this cabin's deck and screen room face that cabin. Our neighbors were having a fire and although pretty far away, it was a little too exposed for my comfort. I would personally like more privacy.

The gas fire place took some time to figure out but once we got it going there wasn’t an issue. As the guide states, it does heat up the home fast and can get very hot inside, so you don’t need it on for long. Overall this stay was a win for us and we would love to stay again!!

The table only seats two but our older kids were able to eat at the couch. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom plenty large, the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was a lovely addition! The location of the house was extremely private. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved how comfortable we felt and it is such a beautifully remote place. The hot tub is amazing and very easy to work. It is a super clean little place and we had a wonderful stay. <br/>The only recommendation I would make is to bring your own cooking supplies! There are wonderful (and VERY sharp) knives and great pots and pans, but no spices other than salt and pepper. Luckily, we love to cook and thought ahead to bring all our spices and oils, but if we didn't we would have had to either go into town either buy it all or eat our meals, which we would have preferred not to. The only slight other issue was my apple map brought us past the house, BUT the property manager responded within seconds of me reaching out and guided us back to the house! <br/>Overall 10/10 super romantic, secluded, and beautiful!!

This was such a lovely cabin, it’s listed as “tiny” but it was still very spacious! It’s very modern, clean and had all the necessities you would need and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and were happy to have a grill! You will have your privacy because this is a big property with a lot of woods but the town center with restaurants etc. is only 15mins away. There’s no Wifi, though they are working on getting that. We didn’t miss it! The host was very responsive and it was a smooth check-in/out process. Overall it was a great stay! The beautiful picture windows in the living room were mesmerizing and we looked forward to going to bed each night in the cozy and comfortable bed! We have two young children at home so this quiet get away was exactly what we were looking for!

This tiny home is beautiful, inside and out! It’s a well - furnished and appointed place. We didn’t want for anything and hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We ended our last morning in the hot tub surrounded by a beautiful nature scene and a fawn who both welcomed us and sent us off… just lovely, all around.

JaimeAirbnbIf you wanted to rough it in the Adirondacks, you could camp. This tiny home is certainly NOT roughing it! It was so nice to plan for an exhausting day of hiking, knowing that comfort and luxury were there for us in the evening. The property managers were responsive and graciously helped us out when we got a little lost and confused. They gave great directions, and the property had fantastic parking. We fought over who would get to sleep in the cozy bunkbed, enjoyed the hot tub, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and ate it outdoors on the deck. Perfect time in the woods.

Our stay at The Aviator was wonderful!! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely surroundings. Very close to Titus Mountain where we went skiing for two full days. We look forward to coming back and staying at their other homes!!

When we drove up, the lights were on and the fire was burning..it was so welcoming! The house is very clean and the instructions Chris included were concise. He was very quick getting back to us whenever we needed help! We will definitely be back…the pictures do not do it justice!!!

About an hr from Lake Placid for a nice day trip or head up to Montreal(2hrs) for a day trip. <br/>Hosts were great and helpful, everything was pristine and all amenities worked perfectly and just makes for a great experience.

KristenAirbnbAwesome place! I have been to a lot of camp grounds, hotels, and Airbnbs in the Adirondacks and this stay is one of the best. Tip: It gets really dark in Malone, especially this property, so make sure to turn off all the lights at some point and look up at the stars.
