The Aviator
The aviation cabin: flight-themed décor, a Jøtul gas stove, a large open deck with its own hot tub, and a smokeless fire pit on the lawn.
About The Aviator
The Aviator is the newest of the three cabins and the one built, in the listing's words, for the aviation enthusiast. The theme runs through the pine walls: vintage flight prints and posters, an airports poster over the bed, a wooden sign with the cabin's name. The sofa has blue lights built into its cup holders; the switches are on the inside of the sofa arms.
A Jøtul GF 160 DV gas stove stands by the picture windows, which look onto the lawn and the woods. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a baking sheet along with the stove, oven and microwave; there is a washer and dryer, air conditioning, a TV and wifi with an ethernet connection. Two bedrooms, a main bedroom and a bunk room, sleep four in three beds; one family of four liked that the children's room is at one end of the cabin and the parents' at the other.
The deck is large and open, with the private hot tub, a grill and outdoor furniture. Down on the lawn a smokeless fire pit sits among Adirondack chairs; the listing suggests it for s'mores. It gets very dark here at night, and one guest's tip is to turn off every light at some point and look up.
The Aviator is the far cabin on the property it shares with The Modern Pine; look for the sign reading The Aviator when you arrive. The listing is explicit that each cabin's fire pit and hot tub are exclusive to its own guests. Titus Mountain is about five minutes away by the listing's count, and the listing describes direct access to snowmobile and ATV trails.

This tiny home is beautiful, inside and out! It’s a well - furnished and appointed place. We didn’t want for anything and hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We ended our last morning in the hot tub surrounded by a beautiful nature scene and a fawn who both welcomed us and sent us off… just lovely, all around.
CarmelaAirbnbWe absolutely loved our stay in Christopher's cabin! It was absolutely beautiful, spotless and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. It was private and peaceful. Co-hosts Ashley and Luis were amazing and made sure we had the getaway that we envisioned! Could not recommend this cabin more!
AllysonAirbnbGreat location, very nice place
CalebAirbnbThis place was pristine. Back in beautiful woods. It was just the best experience we’ve ever had. We had to adjust our reservations. Christopher was right there to help us.
AnonaAirbnbOur second time staying in this amazing home...and we plan to return! We've fallen in love with this tiny home--the attention to detail in its design makes you completely forget it's a tiny home. We had a couple of minor issues during this stay, but Luis responded quickly and was able to get them solved right away and without any inconvenience. This home is truly a gem! Thank you!!
JaimeAirbnbIf you wanted to rough it in the Adirondacks, you could camp. This tiny home is certainly NOT roughing it! It was so nice to plan for an exhausting day of hiking, knowing that comfort and luxury were there for us in the evening. The property managers were responsive and graciously helped us out when we got a little lost and confused. They gave great directions, and the property had fantastic parking. We fought over who would get to sleep in the cozy bunkbed, enjoyed the hot tub, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and ate it outdoors on the deck. Perfect time…
EvelynAirbnbThis space is beautiful, quiet and very private. It’s a bit out of the way, so if you need coffee first thing in the morning, bring it because there’s no “quick coffee run”! GPS never bright us the same way twice and be careful of the seasonal road closure!!
StephanieAirbnbThis was our 3rd stay at one of Chris's properties and it did not disappoint. It was our first time at The Aviator and it is a nicely themed tiny home along with great amenities. Absolutely a gorgeous and private area. Luis and Ashley are superb co-hosts and responded quickly with any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next trip. Thank you Chris, Luis and Ashley!!!
DavidAirbnbLove staying in these spots! Comfortable and well designed tiny homes
CynthiaAirbnbOur stay at The Aviator was wonderful!! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely surroundings. Very close to Titus Mountain where we went skiing for two full days. We look forward to coming back and staying at their other homes!!
LindsayAirbnbAnother great Moms getaway! I have rented each of Christopher's properties multiple times. Weither a much needed Moms getaway or a relaxing couples weekend. I am always so pleased with my stay and leave ready to return for the next getaway! Clean and comfortable with respective hosts give me piece of mind that every stay will go off without a hitch.
ErinAirbnbVery helpful & came over to assist with the heating unit! Very peaceful place, hot tub was amazing!
