My family and I have enjoyed staying at this tiny home for years and it’s always a treat. We look forward to it every year and are always impressed. The location is truly idyllic and offers excellent views as well as peace and quiet. The home is always clean and the craftsmanship really stands out. As far as amenities, they’ve thought of everything and the quality is perfect. It gets really dark at night, which is great for sky watching, but I also appreciate that there are plenty of bright lights throughout the property. It’s simply a great place to…
This place was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed here an it was everything we wanted. If you want somewhere quiet, relaxing and a gorgeous view of the mountains this is the place. We loved every second!
The cabin is absolutely perfect. They have everything that you need and the space is incredibly clean and well cared for. Is that the end of our road and tucked back in so it’s very private. Close to snowmobile and AVT trails. We genuinely love our stay!
This tiny home is beautiful, inside and out! It’s a well - furnished and appointed place. We didn’t want for anything and hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We ended our last morning in the hot tub surrounded by a beautiful nature scene and a fawn who both welcomed us and sent us off… just lovely, all around.
Perfect summer getaway. Far from everything but close enough. Space and amenities are flawless. Everything we need was available and easy to use. Host was perfect. Highly recommended.
Place was amazing!! Nice place for a weekend getaway, nice and peaceful. So relaxing in the hot tub.
A ski weekend, a snowmobile trip, the dog, a couple's getaway, a family week, a group of eight: each page says which cabin fits and why, with the area facts that go with it.

The Adirondack Park is about six million acres of forest, lakes and peaks, the largest park in the contiguous United States, and this is its quiet northern edge: a working county seat, a family ski mountain, state forest with fire towers and a 1,185-acre lake, and the snowmobile corridors that once made Malone call itself the snowmobile capital of the country. Lake Placid and Whiteface are an hour and a quarter south; Montreal is about two hours north.

The cabins sit on two properties south of Malone village. Titus Mountain, the golf club, the Wilder farm, the fire towers, the lakes, the border crossings and the day-trip towns are all on the map, each linked to its guide.

The cabins come in pairs, on two wooded properties a short drive apart south of Malone. The Modern Pine and The Aviator share one: they sit well apart along a gravel drive, and The Aviator is the far cabin, marked with its sign. The Modern Tiny Home shares the other with one neighboring cabin, plus a trail to a pond and an observation deck.
So you will know there is a neighbor. What you will not share is a wall, a deck, a hot tub or a fire pit: each cabin has its own, and the listings say so in writing. The cabins face away from each other where the land allows; at the Tiny Home's property the trail, the pond deck and the parking are shared when both cabins are booked.
A ski mountain ten minutes away, a snowmobile corridor minutes from the parking areas, fire towers and lakes in the state forests, the Olympic village and Montreal within reach. Each card opens a guide that helps you plan it.

The hot tubs run all year. What changes is what is open, what the roads are like, and whether you need a head net or a snow shovel.

Each cabin is booked on its own listing page, where the calendar and the nightly rate are live. Pick your dates on this site and the listing opens on them. For anything that does not fit a booking form, a longer stay, a question about the trails, The Modern Pine and The Aviator together for a group of eight, write to the owner directly.
Where to eat, where to shop on the way in, what to do if something goes wrong, and the town ten miles up the road.
Ski weekends, the Jøtul stoves, the neighbors question, the night sky, Malone's history and the drive from Montreal.
